At Trexx Guitar Straps, every strap is handcrafted and personalized with custom engraving according to your specifications. Because each strap is made to order, the production time is approximately one week. Once your strap is completed, it will be shipped immediately, and you will receive a tracking code by email.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on the destination country and local postal services. You will receive tracking information and regular updates throughout the shipping process, so you can stay informed every step of the way.

Returns

Because our guitar straps are custom engraved and made specifically for you, personalized straps cannot be returned

If there is a specific issue with a personalized order, please send an email to info@trexxguitarstraps.com. Our customer service team may review the situation and discuss possible solutions with you. In certain cases, a return may be accepted, but additional costs may apply.

If you have ordered a strap without engraving, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided the strap is unused and in its original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered and must be paid by the customer.

Warranty

Every Trexx Guitar Strap is backed by a 1-year warranty. If your strap qualifies for a warranty claim or if you experience a problem with your product, please contact our customer service team at. info@trexxguitarstraps.com.

We will review your case and provide detailed instructions on how to proceed, including return instructions.

Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect or modifications made after purchase.

Trexx cannot be held responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect names, or other personalization errors submitted by the customer during the ordering process.
